How did public perceptions of racial progress collapse over the past 10 years, and when did “color blindness” become a bad thing? Ideologically-driven and sensationalized news media has undermined the American spirit that once animated visions of progress. Hopefully we can find our way back to 'old school liberalism' – respecting each other's dignity, embracing freedom, and moving beyond the simplistic identity lens. @KristiKendall1, an accomplished television producer and filmmaker, and @BenKlutsey, Director of the Program on Pluralism and Civil Exchange at the @mercatuscenter at George Mason University, joined the show to discuss their new documentary film, @UndivideUSMovie.
