This poor girl was not murdered, but she was tortured relentlessly for hours, and she did survive according to rmx.news website. This incident occurred on February 21, 2023, in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The victim was a 13-year-old white German girl who knew some of the attackers from school or prior interactions. She was hospitalized with injuries (bruises, burns from cigarettes on her face, singed hair) and later treated in a psychiatric clinic for trauma. The full assault reportedly lasted hours, including forcing her to strip partially and robbing her phone. Three main perpetrators were identified (ages 12-17), but two were under 14, so no criminal charges in Germany—youth services handled it instead. The victim's mother described the attackers as "sadists" and called for harsher laws, saying, "Everyone had fun tormenting my daughter." There was another case where a 12 year old girl was stabbed 30 times by two of her classmates but that is separate from this case.
