@autcareandshare do all universities have disability teams ? my dtr goes to @unilincoln & despite constant struggles no one has suggested this for her. wellbeing were useless - she was struggling badly , couldnt speak & they refused to let me in with her .also promised to check in - nothing ...

My sons at university a friend of his is struggling to get a autism assessment, cant even get a referral as GP turned her away , she tell my son and my son replies I'll ring my dad, so he rings me and I say she needs to go to the disability services team at the university first, their university do have a disability team and offer a streamlined service, he told her all this , and tomorrow she has a appointment with the disability team at the university. I like the my son talks to me like this, he always has, any problems he has that affect him or his friends he always rings me.
