I actually find this debate really interesting as a meat eater because it is sort of an unwinnable position to be a meat eater. From my perspective, I just don't have as much empathy for animals as you do. I don't really think it's a question of morality like what morality are u even appealing to? Trying to reduce harm? Maybe we should hold ourselves to a higher standard and not harm other species but honestly I don't really feel that strongly about it. What are your thoughts? I'm trying to be as intellectually honest as possible.
