I finally crossed $1M ARR with salesrobot.co It took 5 years, one near-death moment, and a backend migration that saved everything. If I'm being honest, I almost gave up in March 2025. Here's the full revenue story. 1. January 2025: $40k MRR. Stagnant. We'd been stuck in the $35–45k range for years. The product was unstable. LinkedIn accounts were getting banned. Customers were churning faster than we could acquire. The root cause: we were running browser-based LinkedIn automation on cloud infrastructure. Expensive. Unreliable. A ticking time bomb. We knew it. We just hadn't fixed it yet. 2. March 2025: The bomb went off. Two clients who made up nearly 50% of our revenue left in the same quarter. One went to a competitor offering unlimited LinkedIn accounts at a flat fee. We were charging per account, we couldn't compete on price. The other simply pivoted their business. Just gone. We cut costs. Let people go. Survived. 3. End of March 2025: We migrated to Unipile. This was the decision that changed everything. Unipile gave us a stable LinkedIn API backend. No more screen scraping. No more banned accounts. No more 3 am fires. The product, for the first time, just worked. 4. April 2025 onward: The climb. Once the product was stable, two things that had been quietly building finally converted: SEO started kicking in. We'd spent 18 months writing, deleting bad content, rebuilding, and it started paying off around mid-2025. LinkedIn organic started kicking in. 3.3M impressions across our team. 10k website visitors a month from posts alone. Neither of these worked when the product was broken. Stability was the unlock. 5. March 2026: $80k+ MRR. $817k gross volume in the last 12 months. +105% YoY. From $40k to $80k in 11 months. Bootstrapped. 10-person team. India. No VC money. P.S. Btw, the dip you see in March 2026 on the chart? Month's not over yet ;)
