Hyperliquid is setting the precedent for every major protocol to launch their own stablecoin. $220M in annual yield could get redirected to the @Hyperliquidx ecosystem with USDH. The real story is buried across hundreds of threads, Discord channels, and Twitter spaces. Most people have no idea what's actually happening and it's overwhelming to get up to speed. @Ripple (the company behind $XRP ) just made their most aggressive move yet to establish their stablecoin $RLUSD as a competitor in the corporate stablecoin space. They announced plans to acquire @Railfinancial for $200M. Rail is a global payments platform specializing in B2B stablecoin settlements. Rail's CEO @bkohli claims they're processing 10% of ALL global B2B stablecoin payments which totaled approx $36B. That's $3.6B in volume they're bringing to Ripple's ecosystem. This isn't just an acquisition. It's Ripple buying serious market share overnight. $RLUSD now has enterprise-grade payment infrastructure ready to go and their marketcap has more than doubled in the last 60 days. The enterprise stablecoin wars heating up.

We're wrapping up week 4-- sinks and faucets🚰 We had @UnitZeroLabs host a session focused on the critical aspects of tokenomics and mechanism design. The duo shared insights on how to design tokens that drive user behavior, using principles from video game economics like ‘sinks’ and ‘faucets’ to balance token supply and demand. They also highlighted the importance of modeling and optimization, explaining how stochastic and agent-based models can help identify risks and improve token performance. The session explored case studies, including how poorly designed tokenomics can lead to market collapses, while thoughtful strategies can ensure long-term sustainability.
