Our final submission: we must not lose sight of what this complaint is about. The people who use transport, who struggle to barely make ends meet, those who face violence on an every day basis. This is the context of these complaints. Real people’s lives!

Comp: If a member of Parliament had resigned and has after the fact been found guilty, they may still be sanctioned as was the case with Boris Johnson. The case should be completed while it is still ongoing as delaying it could compromise it.

The affidavit will be sent and considered by the bench after-which they will submit a verdict. The #UB is now responding to the respondent.
