This differential treatment of union reps follows ITF management's earlier abrupt sackings by decree, contrary to internal policy, and swift termination of their building passes and email access, while other departing staff have retained these privileges.

What in the world are the priorities of @ITFglobalunion management? On Wednesday, one of the abruptly terminated reps requested and received permission to attend the office. Upon arrival he was informed he would need to be chaperoned and "collected" from area to area.

Rather than engage in genuine negotiation and follow a realistic timeline, management unveiled 16 new policies and announced a 30-day consultation window to review over 200 pages of draft policies, with another 12 policies to come in March.
