@unitedutilities Not sure if this was a new natural spring but with the onset of some fine weather it’s possibly a crater from a wayward drone from Iraq or as the neighbours said it’s a bloody huge pothole and it’s getting bigger and deeper daily 😂😂😂

Frustrated with the constant low water pressure in BwD. It’s been week after week of little to no water. I understand pipes can burst and repairs are needed, but this is happening far too often.Residents need reliable water supplies.@AdnanHussainMP @unitedutilities @AndyMacNaeMP

@unitedutilities It is terribly unprofessional for @unitedutilities not to communicate their intentions until a letter arrived a few days before a meter fitting day, the letter states you did. Not true! I didn't request a 'smart meter' therefore this so-called 'proactive' action came as a shock.

@unitedutilities 1/2 It appears the decision to have a meter it being taken away from the customer. Received letter, March 12 saying one will be installed on March 18. No prior letter. On contacting was informed this was 'proactive' work. It appears more like sleight of hand.
