@amandadeibert We appreciate your feedback. The pandemic combined with the holiday season created a much larger influx of inquiries than we expected, as a small company. The items in the boxes are shelf stable for up to 2 months from the date shipped. The team should get to your inquiry soon.

@UniversalYums Several weeks to respond to a customer is not appropriate customer service. I had a package (with perishable items) I was tracking and knew EXACTLY where it had been returned to you... two weeks ago. You should perhaps prepare for holiday business.

Hey @UniversalYums the delivery that I sent to my family for Xmas was returned to you for an improper zip code. I have emailed THREE times over the past two weeks trying to update this information. You have my money and NO ONE has responded. I want my delivery or a refund.

@piperrmint Unfortunately, we do not offer past boxes for purchase. We do sometimes revisit past favorites, but try to leave about a 2 year buffer in between.
