Once you have clearance, bring an athletic change of clothes, your water bottle, cleats & athletic shoes. You should report to the field house by the football stadium by 2:30 so you have ample time to attend 2:45 practice. Practice will be Monday-Friday until 5:00pm. GO COUGARS!
