Despite the hype and promises, there are still flaws from the team & drivers side.
And apart from Monaco, where I expect Charles to be in the mix, they’ll probably remain 4th fastest for a while, struggling to even get a podium, now that RBR & McL are back.

As much as I slandered the team for dropping down the pecking order, the drivers didn’t do themselves any favours either.
Charles with the type of mistake that I thought he finally left behind him and Lewis who has been anonymous all weekend, damaged car or not.

🚨| Mekies: “Our Macarena wing designed before we saw that Ferrari”: — Laurent Mekies emphasized that Red Bull's innovative rear wing, dubbed the 'Macarena', was independently developed and not a copy of Ferrari's design. Speaking to Sky Deutschland, Mekies asserted: “What I can say with certainty is that our boys designed the wing without ever having seen the Ferrari wing first. So it can't be said who thought of it first. We invented it ourselves, regardless of what others did. We had this idea already at the end of last year and that's when we started working on it.” — Mekies praised the team's efforts in updating the car, highlighting the significant progress made since the challenges faced in Japan. He elaborated: “The team has done a fantastic job. After Japan, we knew we had a lot of work to do to understand the problems we were having. We have completely renewed the machine. All the hype over the past four weeks, only to go from 2nd to 4th fastest.
Not surprised that McLaren jumped them, they’re built different. But losing out to Red Bull who previously were 1s slower is just ridiculous.

Isack will start today’s race from the back of the grid, as he was disqualified from qualifying when it was found that a small section of the left and right hand sides floorboard on his car were protruding out of the reference volume.
Laurent Mekies 🗣️ “We made a mistake and we respect the decision of the Stewards. No performance advantage was intended nor gained from this error. We will learn from this incident and assess our processes to understand how it occurred and to take steps to ensure it cannot happen again. As a team, we apologise to Isack, and to our fans and partners. We learn the hard way today but we will move forward. Now our focus is on converting yesterday’s encouraging showing into a strong race performance this afternoon.”

Following discussions between FIA, F1 and the Miami promoter, the decision has been taken to move the start of Sunday's Miami Grand Prix to 13:00 local time in Miami due to the weather forecast that is expected to bring heavier rainstorms later in the afternoon, close to the original planned race start time
