How to become a high value man by end of 2025. Before December comes, this thread will guide you to prepare yourself in identifying your values, prioritising them in a hierarchical structure, orient yourself on a path of least resistance and start making sacrifices to obtain them, transforming you into a man of value. Write down your values. For a man, your apex value should be abundance. You must attain it, or at least be on a path that will lead to its attainment. If you are too distracted in your pursuit of women and indulgences, stop reading here. What does it mean to attain your apex value on a path of least resistance? It means you will orient yourself in a strategic manner that will lessen as many obstacles in your way of attaining your value. Your choices & time allocation will be devoted to this value. This means to count your moves. To make moves in the form of sacrifices, strictly related to your apex value. Moves that negotiate with the future and force your apex value to come to you. Count each one, & stay on the path. You will achieve abundance in two ways; 1. Leverage Competence 2. Begin your own start up To leverage competence, you will first need to take stock of your current job description, pinpoint what you’re expected to do & what you get paid for. Then, you will seek to deliver your job description at an exceptional level. You will leave no room for negligence or incompetence. You will not worry about recognition, and aim to perfect what you are required to do. When ready, you will leverage your perfection, to uptake more responsibility+authority, not money. You will negotiate that you currently do ABC for X amount, but you are willing to do ABCDE for 2 months, and if you deliver, you will rightfully request positional ascendency. When you become exceptional in your line of work, you create specific-knowledge-like asymmetry. Any asymmetry you create in your favour, can be leveraged. Exchange the value you generate easily, for the value you want. When I worked as a pharmacist, I dispensed at 30 seconds per medication, when others took 10min. I leveraged this to reduce staff, then leveraged to implement systems for cost efficiency, which made me a manager, & leveraged for corporate. Study the scenario, find the leverage. While you exercise this, you will record, print weekly reports of every sale, every profit, every satisfied customer under your name and construct an impeccable CV. So when the bosses don’t play nice, you can leverage this as a threat. If you are successful in your promotion, repeat the process. Find leverage in your new found responsibilities. You are not pursuing more money. You are pursuing more responsibility and authority. Money will come after. Leverage competence for positional power. Your competence in your job should be part of the system. You do not want your competence to self-automate in your absence. You want to become so good at what you do, that the business falls apart without you. Generate reliance to cement your leverage. Avoid redundancy. Option 2 is start up. If you want to start your own business, in my opinion it is a brutal path to take. Have a stable job before taking the risk in going for a startup. You must maintain a stable income stream for this option. You are not an entrepreneur if you are not making weekly progress. If you want to start your own business, you must have a clear deadline for weekly action & progress. Investors check progress, worth ethic & personality before investing. Your journey to abundance will kill off so many undesirable parts of you, that you will inevitably transform who you are. You’ll be forced to become strategic, think ahead, be cunning and ambitious. A force to contend with. If you don’t become disagreeable in your quest for abundance, you are not devoting enough time for your apex value: -you come first -competitive -less social -assertive -insubordinate -value driven -time conscious unconcerned for anything petty & frivolous. These qualities developed as a side effect in your path to abundance, are the traits that make you attractive. Combine this with your capacity to provide, your accountability & competence, it makes you a high value man. Your aim before December 1. Acknowledge apex value as abundance 2. Pinpoint the position you are seeking. 3. Pinpoint your path towards it 4. Pinpoint your job description 4. Write down how to excel in it 5. Plan on how you’ll leverage it once excelled By 2024, you should have improved your current position and developed, -Responsibility -Confidence -Authority -Credibility -Leadership -Disagreeableness Don’t stop. You’re set to dominate 2024. The lesson in this article is to understand leverage. When you become exceptionally competent in one domain, you can leverage it on the dominance hierarchy and ultimately increase your value. This lesson can be applied to many contexts.

Power without responsibility creates tyranny, but responsibility without power creates servitude. Before accepting a burden, determine whether you can influence the conditions producing the outcome. Being accountable for what you cannot shape does not make you noble. It makes you the most convenient person to blame.

Be outcome independent: The more you care about the outcome of an interaction, the less control you have within it. Investment creates bias. Bias creates mistakes. If you can engage without emotional attachment you'll see clearer, decide better, and lose less.

You think attraction is built through effort. It’s built through absence of need. The less you require a specific outcome, the more relaxed your behavior becomes. And relaxed behavior signals control. Control is what people respond to, not effort.

Outcompeting people out of spite will have you running circles around them. Spite or a wounded ego, is the greatest performance enhancing drug.

Do not allow the ingratitude of many to discourage you from doing good. A worthy deed needs no promise of recognition to justify itself. Most people will forget your generosity, some may even resent it, but every so often you will encounter someone whose gratitude more than repays the disappointments caused by all the rest.

Unless necessity compels you otherwise, speak as though every private conversation may one day become public. Avoid remarks which, if repeated, would create enemies or diminish your standing. Words have a habit of travelling farther than their speaker ever intends, often resurfacing at the worst possible moment. Few possess the discipline to guard their tongue consistently, yet those who do spare themselves countless troubles and earn a reputation for prudence.

You think people respect strength. They respect restraint. Anyone can escalate. Very few can hold position without reacting. The ability to not respond when expected creates psychological pressure. Silence, used correctly, forces others to expose themselves.

You think people fear aggression. They don’t. They adapt to it. What they fear is unpredictability with control. When they cannot read your limits or timing, they hesitate. That hesitation shifts power without you needing to escalate.

The value of restraint comes from the existence of power. There is nobility in strength that refuses to become needlessly destructive. The dangerous man does not need to announce his strength. In fact, the need to constantly signal aggression often reveals fragility. You do not threaten people over minor insults. You do not turn every disagreement into a contest of dominance. You do not confuse noise with authority. Your strength can be felt through the absence of frantic behavior. You know what you are capable of, which makes public performance unnecessary.

You don’t become dangerous by learning more. You become dangerous by needing less. Less validation, less approval, less reassurance. The fewer emotional requirements you carry into interactions, the harder it becomes for others to control your behavior.

Do not mistake kindness for harmlessness. When people believe you lack the capacity for retaliation, they test your limits. Power requires the perception that crossing you carries consequences, even if you choose restraint. True kindness is not the absence of ruthlessness. It is possessing the capacity for it, then having the discipline to direct it only where it is deserved

The most effective control is indirect. When people feel forced, they resist. When they feel it was their decision, they comply willingly. Frame choices, guide outcomes, and let them believe they arrived there on their own.

Reputation is built slowly but spent instantly. One emotional reaction, one visible loss of control, and years of perception collapse. Guard your composure more than your image. Image can be repaired. Loss of control cannot be unseen.

The greatest hallmark of true friendship, is being truthful even at the cost of your disappointment. Most people don’t lie to you directly. They position you. They tell you just enough truth to keep you useful, but not enough to make you independent. Partial information is the cleanest form of control. The less you know, the more predictable your moves become.

Enhance your aura: possess a spirit of adventure that attracts those bored by ordinary life. Be daring in your decisions, visible in your willingness to take risks, and composed in the face of chaos. A reputation for thriving under pressure gives your presence an undeniable magnetism.

Mortality destroys trivial ambition. Once you truly understand that your time is finite, half the people you are trying to impress become irrelevant, half your fears become embarrassing, and half your delays become unforgivable. Death is not only an ending.
