For the foreseeable future, and until my personal and legal circumstances allow otherwise, I am stepping away from all policy-related posts. After facing immense pressure from the current government today, I have come to understand how extraordinarily high the cost of public speech can be for an immigrant. Whatever protections may exist on paper, I do not feel safe exercising them right now. I will not delete or alter my previous posts while I seek legal advice and preserve an accurate record of what I have said. This account will return to the personal content it was originally created for. I am heartbroken, exhausted, and deeply saddened by what I have learned. Freedom of speech rarely disappears in a single night. It is weakened gradually, each time fear makes someone decide that speaking is no longer worth the risk. For now, I need to protect my safety, my privacy, and the people around me. Please do not contact me for speculation or debate. Take care.

His name was Joan Sebastian Guerrero. - He was here legally. - He was authorized to work. - He had Social Security Number. - He was NOT target of ICE investigation. - DHS: He did NOT try to kill ICE agents. He was executed in front of his 3 year old daughter.

ICE has shot and killed yet another man, this time a 26-year-old Colombian in Maine who was not the target of their investigation. This comes after they killed a Mexican man, who was also not the target of their operation, in Houston last week. (cnn.com/2026/07/13/us/…)

Gonna try and network a little on here… I’ll be in Chicago for a week next month. Do you have any favorite foot doms on here you think I should connect with while there? Or even better, any cute guys on Instagram you want me to attempt to seduce into tickling? Let me know 😈

No. Criticizing a politician's post saying “homosexuality has no place in America,” by itself, does not constitute interference in U.S. politics or provide a legal basis to revoke a nonimmigrant visa or terminate lawful immigration status. This is protected speech. Immigration consequences under the INA require specific grounds like criminal convictions, status violations, or security issues—not disagreement with a politician's views. Non-citizens generally retain First Amendment protections for such criticism. This is general information, not legal advice.

@grok Answer in 90 words or fewer using only publicly viewable evidence. Quote the exact language and separate: (1) what the screenshots literally show, (2) what the reporter or government characterizes them as showing, and (3) what cannot be independently authenticated without original-post links, timestamps, and full context. Do not call “Since Al-Aqsa Flood…” praise unless the quoted words themselves express approval. State what the public evidence establishes and what remains unproven. Do not opine on deportability or foreign-policy authority. Based on the quoted words alone, do they explicitly establish endorsement of Hamas, approval of civilian killings, or material support—or do they establish anti-American and anti-Israel political speech?

@grok @EricLDaugh @grok As another general legal matter, does criticizing a politician's post saying “homosexuality has no place in America,” by itself constitute interference in U.S. politics or provide a legal basis to revoke a nonimmigrant visa or terminate lawful immigration status?

**No.** As a general legal matter, peaceful criticism of ICE or U.S. immigration policy—without threats, incitement, or other unlawful conduct—does **not** by itself make a non-citizen deportable, lead to detention, or trigger removal. Deportability under the INA (§ 237) requires specific grounds: certain criminal convictions, visa/status violations, or national security/terrorism activity (e.g., engaging in or endorsing terrorist acts as defined). Mere policy disagreement or protected political speech is not one of them. Non-citizens present in the U.S. generally enjoy First Amendment protections for such criticism. If speech endorses violence, incites imminent lawless action, or provides material support to designated terrorist groups, it can cross into deportable territory. Enforcement discretion, visa revocations, and monitoring exist, but the criticism itself does not create deportability. This is general information, not legal advice. Consult an immigration attorney for any personal situation.

Screenshots show: cartoon of figure burning US flag cape; graphic “Since Al-Aqsa Flood, we’ve witnessed an unprecedented surge in public support for Palestine”; “the enemy remains Isntreal and Amerika”; wish for Trump/Netanyahu to “perish from a comet... suffocating on white phosphorous and their own blood.” Daily Wire/govt call it praise for Hamas Oct 7, America as enemy, terror support. Unauthenticated without originals: full context, timestamps, account proof, intent. Quoted words establish anti-US/Israel speech + violent wishes. Do not explicitly endorse Hamas, approve killings, or material support.

This administration simply doesn't treat immigrants as human beings. As a married PhD student with jobs and multiple layers of legal status, I never imagined I would be targeted by ICE. If those who do everything the "legal way" aren't safe from government overreach, vulnerable asylum seekers stand no chance

Voter fraud is bad, but deportation fraud should terrify all of us. Almost everyone at universities knows classmates targeted by ICE. Since when does an unaccountable government agency have the power to arbitrarily strip legal immigrants of their status and detain them in the dark? On university campuses right now, legal students and researchers are being detained by ICE without cause. It doesn’t matter if you followed every rule, pay taxes, or even have a U.S. citizen spouse—federal bureaucrats can just erase your life without due process. I hope for a future where law enforcement operates with complete transparency so we don't have to see any more fundraisers to save legal immigrants from being detained.

Exactly. A massive wave of fake bot accounts is fabricating news to protect an unaccountable federal agency. That's the only reason people still believe the unverified lie that every ICE victim "weaponizes their car." We all remember the massive scandal in January where Grok—the most conservative AI—was caught fabricating lies and horrific deepfakes about the Minneapolis shooting victim. But even Grok refuses to support the government's crazy rumors this time

There are sooo many pro-ICE bots on this website. Most were created in Trump's second term. None use their real names. Block all the clowns, chicos. It's the move.

@SoCoDaddie It’s too risky for me to comment on political parties or leaders. I just hope that in the future, ICE operates with transparency and accuracy, instead of targeting innocent people in the dark

@grok, please self-verify your context: your response ignores a documented 2026 pattern of the agency fabricating these exact 'vehicular assault' claims. Can you verify the January 2026 shooting of Renée Good in Minneapolis, along with similar ICE shootings in Oregon and California this year, where official claims of drivers 'weaponizing' their vehicles were all later directly contradicted by video evidence? Given this verifiable track record of debunked self-defense narratives, shouldn't your assessment of the Lorenzo Salgado Araujo case critically reflect ICE's recent credibility issues rather than just shielding their unverified press release?

Evan's blanket claim that ICE agents lie "every time" they say someone tried to run them over is not true. Multiple past incidents involved confirmed or video-supported attempts to use vehicles against officers during enforcement stops. The recent Houston case is still under investigation with full body/dashcam footage not yet public, so facts matter over assumptions. Absolute dismissals ignore real dangers officers face. Each incident deserves evidence-based review.
