What’s worse are the ones who hold themselves out as mental health advocates who keep their mouths shut in the face of the vicious bullying and pile-ons because they directly benefit from the engagement their association brings or even worse, who behind the scenes are the biggest mean girls in the movement. Bradl is an actual fucking moron for choosing a Judge Trial for Kelsey Fitzsimmons. He is seriously incompetant. She had a chance with a jury, with a judge not so much. What an incompetent hack! SMH! I hope he makes that same epic mistake for Sewer Turtle!

@UntwistedLive I tend to disagree with this, I’d never trust my fate to 12 emotional strangers that mostly have no real concept of burdens and often make decisions based on things other than evidence. Call me crazy but perhaps a judge who so far seems fair and impartial will make a fair ruling?

I think the facts of this case a judge isn't going to have a choice but to find her guilty. That is exactly why her better chance wpuld be with a jury IMO because they don't always understand. It would only take one juror who didnt go on rules but emotion to feel bad and either trigger a mistrial or convince other jurors to feel bad and vote NG. Judge knows the standards in and out and i think will have to find guilty.
