He also brings up a document section labeled Biological Process Control that discusses future capabilities involving electromagnetic energy interacting with the human body. The part that should make people stop and think is this... The highlighted language describes the possibility of using electromagnetic energy to couple with the human body in ways that could prevent voluntary muscle movements, induce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and even delete an experience set. It also talks about the potential for new weapons and the ability to control an adversary without resorting to lethal force. Why is this important? Because these are not random internet claims. These are the kinds of documents people need to read, examine, and think about carefully. If these concepts are being discussed in patents and technical writings, then why are people mocked for asking questions about where this technology could be heading? Why are so many still acting like this is too extreme to even discuss? And if this kind of information is real and documented, why would people stay silent instead of sharing it?
