Is it summer yet? Definitely felt like it at Beeston Parkrun this morning! Now time to eat some baked goods and refuel at our coffee and cake social 😍

Last night we held our Go Tri Aquathlon, despite the cold 20 athletes still took part taking on the 200m swim and ~4km run! Results will be posted soon on the Facebook event page. Also a huge thank you to all the volunteers, it wouldn’t have be possible without you. @UoNSport
