#Dysarthria affects the muscles used to speak, it can occur at birth or develop at any time in someone’s life through a range of conditions. The main symptom of Dysarthria is an impairment of motor speech. Dysarthria does not affect language or cognition. #DysarthriaAwarenessDay

Dysarthria is a motor speech disorder where the muscles needed for talking becomes weak or uncoordinated.
