Starting with Istanbul, BurgerScore continuously analyzes live information from across the web to build a burger score that evolves as restaurants evolve. Not once a month. Not once a week. Updated daily. What makes it different isn't that AI decides the score. AI continuously crawls the web, performs deep research, watches videos, extracts evidence, and retrieves the latest information. The final BurgerScore itself is calculated deterministically from that evidence — making the scoring transparent, consistent, and resistant to AI hallucinations.
