This morning at approximately 7am, Deputies discovered three people shot to death inside an apartment on 4828 El Camino Avenue in Carmichael, a @mercyhousing facility. There are multiple surveillance cameras throughout the complex, but unfortunately, @mercyhousing refuses to release any video, further delaying the investigation as Homicide Detectives are now writing a warrant. This process will take several more hours to get signed, approved, and served. North Patrol, CSI, and Homicide Detectives are on scene.
