@james_xond No. America has a Marxism problem. The seeds were sewn 100 years ago. Marxism grows like a virus and We, the People, won't realize their is a problem until the symptoms become unbearable. We, the People, won't be able to deal with it correctly until AFTER the new Civil War.

@DanielMillerEsq @abierkhatib No religion is so important that the world should allow its adherents to steal land, murder indigenous peoples with no recourse and invade neighboring countries. Not Judaism, not Islam, not Christianity. Hope that helps.

Israel was created as a safe haven for Jews after 2/3 of European Jewry was murdered. The worldwide Jewish population still hasn’t recovered more than 80 YEARS later. Yet, people on the Left are saying to Jews “hey we’re cool with you as long as you hate the state of Israel” Do you realize how insane that is, particularly given that the president of the United States is an antisemite who has hosted Nazis for dinner.

I don’t agree that Israel is committing genocide or that it’s an apartheid state. You want to destroy the world’s only Jewish country in a post-Holocaust reality - a country established because of the historical persecution of Jews in the Middle East and Europe. That is de facto antisemitism, and your refusal to seriously engage with the history of how this conflict started is egregious. Why did peaceful British rule only last until 1920? What happened then? What happened in 1921? What happened in 1929? Why were previous two-state solution offers rejected? What happened in 1947 with UN Resolution 181? Who accepted it and who rejected it? What happened after that? Who started a civil war? What armies invaded? What was their objective? Did they want to govern the Palestinians or give them a state? Who occupied Gaza? Who occupied the West Bank? Why did Jordan give the Palestinians citizenship? Why did Jordan revoke that citizenship in the ’80s and render the Palestinians stateless? Why did Arafat turn down Camp David, the Clinton Parameters, and the Taba negotiations? Where are the Palestinian peace plans, Hasan? Where is the PLO’s two-state solution plan? Why do all of these come from the Israeli side? Why did they put up the barriers in the 2000s - the ones you point to as evidence of apartheid, alongside the checkpoints? What were they trying to prevent (and succeed in preventing) during the Second Intifada? You never grapple with any of these questions because you’re chronically unserious, and your number one objective is to radicalize your audience on this subject specifically. You’re a toxic influence, warping the history to fit your geopolitical objectives. Well, congrats. You got your wish. Now you have a guy with a totenkopf tattoo running in Maine and your buddy who refuses to condemn Hezbollah in Michigan. You’ve succeeded, Hasan. You’ve stretched the Overton Window, and everyone is going to suffer for it.
hasanabi@hasanthehun

if you agree that israel is committing a genocide and is an apartheid state, then separating this state from jews in the us is probably a winning message and combating antisemitism, dont you think?

The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States for the seventh time won the war that wasn’t a war, so the United States can open the Strait of Hormuz that was open before the not war. The not war that started to get the uranium that was completely obliterated, so that the Iranians can’t build the nuclear bomb that they weren’t building for the not war that the United States started. Then the United States which has nuclear weapons threatening to use nuclear weapons to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons because having nuclear weapons is dangerous. If the United States saw what the United States is doing in the United States, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.

Let me make sure I understand your position, Ben. When America does something good, "lands on the moon," wins World War II, funds a vaccine: That's we. Americans. Our achievement. Our values. Our greatness. When America does something that killed three million people: That's them. The State. Separate. Nothing to do with us. The pride is collective. The guilt is always someone else's. Got it.
Ben Johnstone@mrbenjohnstone

@nxt888 You're conflating "Americans" with the US State. Two very different things.

Policy for Protest
Policy for Protest@PolicyProtest·
To be completely fair: Clinton won in a post Reagan era (Bush sr being an extension of that) and did so by adopting right leaning crime policy, not centrism (centrism is not picking from both sides) Obama won after 8 years of Bush Jr and promised Change, not a return to form. I agree he’s a centrist, but that’s not a fair characterization of the race. Biden won after four years of Trump and proved Centrism 1) didn’t protect the union from the threat of Trump policies 2) didn’t win in 2024. You are avoiding context. We are now in a moment where people saw what centrism did to fight this admin and its allies. It didn’t work. It categorically failed to protect the structure from further rot.

@BrandonLBradfor which term has you confused... hubris? 😆 I'm no more a revolutionary than you or the random dude on the corner. The only difference between us is I understand what the uni-party is and what it's goals are. Millions of us now know the only barrier to progress is your party.
