to @UrbanStems - when you order days early, pay $28 for shipping so flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, its unacceptable for the flowers to be "held" & not delivered. Customer service doesnt know where they are. Zero chance I order from you again. @wirecutter cut them out

I have used @UrbanStems for years as a subscriber and also to send gifts to loved ones with 0 issues until recently. When my past two orders were so botched it was mind boggling. Blank note cards, disappointing arrangements, horrible shipping issues etc Do better and I’m done.

Ordered the flowers on the left from @UrbanStems for my mom’s birthday and they delivered the flowers on the right. Now refusing to refund us even though we got a significantly cheaper and totally different bouquet of flowers. Needless to say, don’t order from @UrbanStems!
