@PastaModer havent noticed that much change personally yet, theres also methods of using corsets / thick belts etc to slightly warp the lower ribs over time inwards tho any significant change strived for through this would probably only be justified if all else failed

@PastaModer apparently you can strengthen muscles between ribs to overall reduce their average displacement but this more than anything else heavily depends on luck whether you get any change, stomach vaccums and table pose while your knees are raised slightly can apparently help
