This is how the psyche works: people find it difficult to cope with threats, and the loss of any part of their capital is already perceived as a threat (for most unprepared people). The main thing is to understand that today's -2% can turn into +15% tomorrow, and it is this understanding that separates 2% of people from the remaining 98%.

How dependent people are on emotions… Just a few red candles — and everyone is already panicking and smashing the sell button. No wonder only 2% make money in this market, while the other 98% feed them, simply because they can’t handle their own emotions.
