Known by Necessity of ‘Aql and Fiṭrah • Īmān billāh • Kufr bit-Ṭāghūt • Barā’ah from Mushrikīn No excuse of ignorance. No need of hujjah. Not Known Through ‘Aql and Fiṭrah • Takfīr al-Mushrikīn An obligation known through risalah, The ignorant is excused until hujjah.
