In June 1981 my Grandfather GW Anderson incorporated the Anderson Family Foundation. It later became the Anderson Hatch Family Foundation.
Today I meet with many of my cousins, their kids, my kids, my mom and my aunt and we decide where to donate money.
I’ve been serving as Secretary since 2005.
Giving money out helps me to be:
* less selfish as a person
* a better deal maker
* a better person
* see the need in the world and it is vast

Had the honor of attending the farewell open house for my good friend Mayor Jim Miller at the brand new Saratoga Springs City Hall.
Our community is grateful for Mayor Miller’s friendship over the years, and wish him much success in the next step of his journey!

Close to 300 men, women and children joined us for the Lehi Chanukah Celebration this Monday at @ThanksPoint Electric Park, making it the largest Chanukah celebration in Utah County’s history.
Grateful for all who joined to offer love and support for our community.

I was honored to attend and support @UtahCountyRabbi Chaim and the Chabad of Utah County at their annual Chanukah celebration and menorah lighting at Electric Park tonight. It was an uplifting and joyous event, even in the face of recent terror targeting the Jewish community. Utah County was founded on the principle of religious freedom and will never cower to hate or fear.

As students returned to @UVU today to resume classes, we spent the day at the site of last week's horrific shooting doing mitzvahs, distributing cookies and spreading extra kindness and light in a place that was shaken up last week by so much darkness.
