Make no one lie to you South Africa takes more from Ghana than we are taking from them. If our bilateral relationship is destroyed because of some of group of ignorant SAns, they would have themselves to blame. A so called developed country should have the right immigration systems to sieve and regulate immigrants. Goldfield,MTN,DSTV must leave our with immediate effect

But if you look beyond their emotional blackmail you would discover that the world is just getting started.... When prices are rising you position yourself to be a beneficiary... But Wailers scout the internet everyday to get the bad news that would make them more miserable... They are the reason why the Urhobos say. It is better to born a thief than to born a mumu... @XBrianDennis @Starlink During maintenance work in my compound, one of the fibre cable broke and my neighbor was cut off internet. It took MTN 3 weeks to send a technician to fix it. Neigbor still paid 25k for the repair together with the subtle insults from their technicians.

3 weeks ago, my @Starlink dish that I’ve been using for the past 3 years suddenly went offline. I messaged support and they said it was damaged beyond repair. Before I could ask what next, they asked me to confirm my delivery address and they sent me a free replacement device with one month free subscription at zero cost to me. I come dey imagine say na Nigerian business. Make I hear say your MTN router spoil and them replace am free of charge with free one month subscription 😂😂😂 This is why @elonmusk is a successful businessman. He knows how to retain the customer.

Egypt’s total debt is estimated at over $400 billion, with a GDP around $390 billion — debt-to-GDP above 100%. South Africa’s debt is about $580 billion, with GDP around $420 billion — roughly 135% debt-to-GDP. Nigeria’s total public debt is about $110 billion, with a GDP around $340 billion — roughly 35% debt-to-GDP. Yet some people keep shouting that Nigeria is the “loan capital of the world.” To them: Loans are Haram. Education is Haram. Road construction is Haram. Power projects are Haram. Internet expansion is Haram. Railway modernization is Haram. Airport upgrades are Haram. Seaport reforms are Haram. Dams and agro-processing projects are Haram. Solar energy expansion is Haram. But the same people praise countries that borrowed far more aggressively to build infrastructure and grow their economies. The difference between productive borrowing and reckless borrowing is simple: what the money is used for. If loans are used to build roads, expand electricity, improve transport, increase internet access, modernize ports, support agriculture, and attract investment, those are long-term national assets. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu says the focus is on infrastructure that can improve productivity and economic growth across Nigeria. Criticism is normal in democracy, but opposing every single project simply because of politics helps nobody. Development is not the enemy. Underdevelopment is. Some people are no longer in any coven. They are simply online 24/7 wailing against everything.

@Midatlblog This is not good. It'll clash with the body required to already provide this license. That license would be useless outside Lagos. This is a way for them to further strengthen Lagos VIO. VIO will be a bigger menace than Lastma

The Lagos State Government is set to roll out its own driver’s licence system, and reactions have been mixed. Personally, I think it’s a good initiative because it could help: • Improve driver verification and testing standards • Integrate better with traffic law enforcement and digital databases • Generate more internally generated revenue (IGR) to help run the city • Allow stricter urban driving regulations tailored to Lagos conditions Lagos is a mega city with unique transportation challenges, so stricter and more modern regulation may not be a bad idea. However, not everyone shares the same view. So what are your thoughts on this? 🤔

Something really weird happened yesterday. So I noticed a reckless drive from the car in front of me, and in my experience, I either overtake, or slow down a bit and give it enough space behind. In this case, I decided to overtake, and twice, the driver still drove across the white demarcation on the road, to tighten the space I was supposed to drive past. I hate blaring the horn, so on my third attempt, I tried flashing my headlamps at his side and rear mirrors to stay on his lane while I overtook him, and he did. As I overtook, I looked to see the person driving so recklessly by barely 10am (I might have sprinkled a little ‘wakka’ too), only to see a man probably in his mid 60s crying profusely, and struggling to even raise his right hand (with the left holding the steering) to apologize. Bruhhhh! I felt really bad, and if not for how busy Bourdillon was at that time, I probably would have signaled him to park so I check on him. Please, if your dad drives a silver colored Lexus GX 550, do check up on him (if he drove back home safely yesterday). That man was in a whole lot of pains💔🙏🏽

@benmurraybruce @elonmusk In 2025, EEDC billed me an estimated 8,000 for band B. By March, we were upgraded to Band A without notice and told to pay 300% of our previous payment. EEDC sent a bill of 55,000. You people created this problem. You are a hypocrite to complain.

.@elonmusk, For months, I have paid ₦49,000 for my Starlink subscription in Nigeria. Suddenly, and without notice, without consent, and without any change to my plan, I am slammed with a ridiculous charge of ₦215,955. Let’s be clear: this looks like exploitation, not pricing. You do not wake up one morning and multiply a customer’s bill by over 4x with zero communication. That is not business, it is abuse of trust. Are Nigerian customers being taken for granted? Is this a deliberate strategy or a gross failure of your billing system? Either way, it is unacceptable. Reverse this charge immediately and explain yourselves publicly. Silence will only confirm the worst assumptions. cc: @fccpcnigeria @Starlink

PRESS RELEASE UPDATE ON GUO BUS KIDNAPPING INCIDENT ALONG BENIN-LAGOS EXPRESSWAY ......EDO COMMAND RESCUES NINE (9) KIDNAP VICTIMS FROM TWO (2) SEPARATE INCIDENTS @EdoPoliceNG is pleased to inform the general public that all victims abducted during the recent kidnapping incident along the Benin–Lagos Expressway have been successfully rescued alive. This breakthrough was achieved following the immediate and massive deployment of tactical teams, intelligence assets, aerial surveillance, and other operational resources by the Commissioner of Police CP Monday Agbonika, fdc, Commissioner of Police, Edo State Command, to the affected corridor. The sustained rescue efforts, coordinated bush-combing operations, and strategic domination of the area exerted pressure on the kidnappers ultimately leading to the safe rescue of all victims. They have since received medical evaluation and treatment, and reunited with their families. In a related development, the Command also successfully rescued four (4) other kidnapped victims who were abducted earlier this month and held in captivity within the Imiegba forest in Agenebode. They have likewise received medical attention and are safe, making a total of Nine (9) kidnapped victims rescued. The Edo State Police Command wishes to reassure the public, particularly commuters and residents, that security deployment along the Benin–Lagos Expressway and adjoining communities has been significantly strengthened. Tactical, intelligence, and operational assets have been fully activated across the axis, and these deployments will remain in place until the route is completely safe and secure for all road users. The Command is also intensifying efforts to apprehend the perpetrators of these heinous crimes. We are confident that all those involved will be tracked down and brought to justice in the shortest possible time. @Admiral_Cyborg Sometimes, when there's a surge or demand for buses in a particular region of operation, buses are dispatched empty to go there. Some drivers in order to profit from the situation would load passengers along the way. This is a risk to the company like we are witnessing now
