Great day for Ulcinj: Mayor Nimanbegu, EnvMin Ćulafić, VodacomDir Roganović & Dr. Müller on behalf of 🇩🇪 Development Bank KfW sign finance agreement for new Ulcinj wastewater treatment plant. 🇪🇺 grants 31 mio. € for the project. 🇩🇪 KfW provides project financing on behalf of 🇪🇺.

Because Nest's "reverse vending machines" raise awareness that garbage contains precious raw materials that should be re-used; and because the machines contribute to reducing the overall quantity of plastic and metal waste. 2/2

NGO @nest_mne will set up recycling machines across 🇲🇪. People throw in empty plastic bottles & cans and receive incentives in return - in Cetinje & Bar, and soon, financed by 🇩🇪 embassy, in Podgorica. Today, I signed the contract with Nest Director Ilija Kaluđerović. Why? - 1/2

Plastic is a material difficult to degrade. The lower the consumption of single-use plastic items, the less pollution and waste problems. That is why 🇩🇪 #giz's "Low Plastic Zone" project is mobilizing 750 hospitality companies to drastically reduce the use of single-use plastic.
