why stop at cs? let's hyperspecialize even more. no point in learning automata and compilers when you want to become webdev. no point in learning dsa when you want to do frontend. no point in learning frontend when you want to do react. no point in learning react when you have nextjs. no point in learning nextjs when you have v0. no point in learning v0 when you can just prompt cursor. no point in learning prompting when chatgpt writes your prompt. no point in opening chatgpt when your pm already did. congrats, you are now an engineer.

Maybe Im biased or maybe this is obvious to everyone but whats the point of the JEE grind for people wanting to get into CS eventually? Is PCM a life skill? Math maybe is useful in CS. If these folks work half as hard to learn CS would they be in a better position?

Remember guys college always matter. You may have build 2-3 good project have done DSA well, still you end up getting rejected but someone from NIT, IIT still make it in, most of tier 3 clg classmates are working in TCS, Wipro or other service based companies even after being good in problem solving.
