Physical and emotional health is a major component of the Title IV, Part A, grant. Just arrived! Smaller sized dolls in varied skin shades will be used in elementary schools to ensure life saving techniques are learned early and by more students @leidunn_vb @vbschools @TQuinnVB

SMART goal setting becomes 2nd nature when we start young and scaffold. My @north_landing 1st gr friends and I set a goal of 3 laps in 10 min. We decided we could get there by speed walking, jogging or 🏃🏾‍♀️. When we reached our goal early, we pushed ourselves to keep going.
