we had some hard wins but even harder losses & we did not come out of the weekend unscathed. our grit was put to the test and we learned to trust each other, to dig deep when it counts, and to fake it til we make it #SkiTownClassic2023 #FakeFriendsForever #SeeYouAtSectionals

due to multiple unforeseen & unfortunate circumstances we are going to ski town w/ a scant roster. but we will focus on the controllables not the uncontrollables. any other tips/advice/words of wisdom for a team going to a travel tourney with a smaller than ideal roster?

tough weekend. we made the hard decision to forfeit against Rampage at half, the last game of the tourney. we tried to play it out but ultimately we had suffered too many injuries and wanted to prioritize the safety of the rest of the team.

if you’re playing against a team and you don’t speak the same language and there’s a call that requires a translator, you should still speak directly to the player involved, not to the translator. you’re having a conversation w/ the player not the translator
