@stephen_rong @drsusmitanaskar This is precisely the problem. But the biggest problem is proper unbiased objectivity. The system demands we criticise everything even if it is not warranted.

This morning I received review of my PhD student's work and the reviewer felt the quality of the paper can only be improved by citing his own 25 papers. The more interesting fact is he suggested review for completely different paper. Some people take review process like a joke!!

#fieldofdreams is by far the best tv program I have seen this year. Outstanding from @flintoff11 and @kylehogg22. There is something about cricket that is so simple and beautiful. This is a joy to watch!

It’s been less than a hundred years since women in Britain have had the right to vote. This Manchester banner was unfurled in 1903 - it would be 25 years before the suffragettes’ dream was finally realised. Make sure you use that hard-won right today!

I took my 5 year old to the polling station this morning to show her the process of voting. We live in an original suffragette’s village (#Batheaston). Never forget the importance of voting and what people like the suffragettes went through to get that right. #Elections2024
