We observe more variability between different brain region in Parkinson’s than in MSA.

New data from @JamesAWiseman Glenda Halliday & @VDieriks describe the blow-by-blow of neurodegeneration in MSA, including an early invasion of neuronal nuclei by α-Synuclein pathology; Interestingly, oligodendroglial inclusions contain more soluble, less toxic α-Synuclein
