So @lisamurkowski was going to vote no and block the bill bc the Medicaid cuts (which Rs say don’t exist) would devastate healthcare in Alaska. To earn her vote, R’s created a healthcare fund just for Alaska and exempted it from the food stamp cuts. The rest of us are screwed.
