Bellingham is English. He’s not 100% English, he’s mixed race, but he’s still English and clearly patriotic. To make no distinction between someone like Bellingham and someone who has no English ancestry when defining who is English is ridiculous. I see the same crowd who insist a mixed person with African heritage will always be African also insisting someone like Bellingham can never be English. It’s a glaring double standard and completely illogical. Is he as ethnically English as someone who can trace their family history back 1,000 years and see that every single one of their ancestors was English? No, obviously not. Sorry to be that guy but your maths are off - if we're at 60% at the next GE and 25% vote against us - just leaves only 35% to vote in favour of remigration. Either way, I totally agree with you.
