@JaneyzAlt What helped me a lot is finding ways to make your favorite meals with a higher protein to carb/calorie ratio. If you can get even two meals with 30-40 grams of protein in each one, and have your protein shake with an extra scoop, then you’ll be hitting over 100 grams a day.

gym friends I need advice again. does anyone have any tips on how to get a bigger appetite? I’m trying to get more protein through actual meals but it’s genuinely hard for me to eat much, so I get my protein through shakes mainly 🧍🏻‍♀️

I feel like Sparrow is designed the complete opposite to Ballistic Alter and Ash in a rly good way. All of his utility can be avoided or shot out. Ball Q, Ash Q, and Alter Ult? Can’t shoot, move, avoid damage, or prevent full resets. To me that is just not fun to play against 😬

@Vendarkius I think we should wait longer first, he’s not as strong as the main characters even off release, and people still are learning to play against his kit. I see lots of even really good players, run away from his scan after they trigger it instead of shooting it with one bullet.

@VFLHunter IMO Sparrow still needs get tweaked a bit. His ult shouldn’t have that much health and should trigger slightly faster. His jump cooldown should be a bit longer. His Q should be reduced to 2 instead of 3 and have the trigger slightly faster but duration of scanned be shorter

@DatOneGuyFPS Yeah he’s good, but he has a lot of counter play. It’s similar to when Horizon came out, and nobody would shoot her Ult. Once people learned to play against it, she lost a lot of value. I’ve seen waaay too many people just eat his Ult even in a perfect situation to shoot it out.

I definitely don’t want to hard nerf them, but adding counter play options similar to Sparrow would be great. -Shootable Tether -No damage on overheat so you aren’t penalized for cooling off your gun in a safe spot. -Alter Ult portal delay removed so you can push a bad port.
