Again I know I have to select New York as a center which I did in the Previous screen before coming to "Add New Customer page" which you see here, hope this help to understand my concern

@IndiainBoston @vfsglobalcare When I select New York as center, I don’t see Massachusetts as a state in the dropdown on the Add new Customer page for Passport renew. what do I do now that Boston center doesn't do Passport Renew? VFS X support is not any help so far. Please help

One update stated that the Consulate has reviewed the application and is sending it back to the Application Center, while the latest update states the application will now be forwarded to the Embassy. These updates appear to reflect different stages of the process, making the current status difficult to understand. Request clarification on the exact current stage of the application. #OCI

It has now been over a month since confirmed delivery, yet there is no acknowledgment, no status update, and no way to obtain clarification. Such lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable for a service handling critical applications. Kindly confirm receipt and provide a status update at the earliest. #OCI

@vfsglobalcare this is regarding the email I received from VFS for the Indian passport renewal (tatkal). The ARN number is 26-2002365111. Attached is the email I received. We did attach the notarized copy of both parents’ i797 color notarized (the notarized copy was bent).

@vfsglobalcare I have all my documents and your customer rep says my application will be rejected and sent back if I don’t submit what is asked for. Question is why am I being asked for a notarized document when the certificate was issued by government of the respective state
