Reason I'm thinking MM7 is because of the tweet. I honestly could see this fight occuring due to bass attempting to get back to Wilys castle with the super adapter data but Proto Man gets in his way and they have a fight (would also explain mega man gone) x.com/Protoman/statu…

Ok so I have a theory 1. This occurs during the events of MM7 after bass destroys lights lab and tries to run off with the super adapter data 2. This occurs during the events of MM11 and is an explanation for what they were doing due to them not being in the featured in the game
