36 years ago, on this day in 1990, Kashmiri Hindus were given 3 choices: Raliv, Galiv, Chaliv, which meant Convert, Die, or Run.
Many were killed, countless lost their homes, and the survivors have been living as refugees in their own country for 3 decades.
Despite all this, Supreme Court rejected petitions seeking probe into genocide & exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, not once, but twice, first rejected in 2017 and again in 2022.
For Kashmir Hindus, even Justice has turned into exile.

Marathi actress and singer Ketaki Mategaonkar sings in Sanskrit. At first I thought she was singing in Malayalam because the words are mostly similar and the melody of Malayalam songs is the same. If India gives primacy to Sanskrit it could easily be our lingua franca.
