Once a month, our teachers observe other Ts. It is incredible to see & hear what our teachers and students are learning on these days! We are using Qs from Marzano’s book - Leading a High Reliability School - to guide our discussions after the observations! #leadingbylearning

Today, our Paws and Claws Club got a visit from Merlin, West Elementary’s service dog!! 🐾 🐶

We are thrilled to have a Gardening Club this year. This is our newest club and they are making our school patio look amazing! Thanks to Mrs. Deerman and Mrs. Brundege for sponsoring the club and thanks to Mrs. Avis for helping us out!!
