When I was 5 years old, I had this thought that maybe other people don’t exist when I don’t see them. Years later, I realized what I had in mind is like rendering theory in a simulation. About 2.5 years ago, I took a mushroom trip. And when I got back down (not during), I had the weirdest feeling, that no one is real but me. That everyone else is just a splinter of my consciousness, and I experienced one of the most powerful spiritual cocktails, a combo of incredible sense of loneliness, wholeness, being the outsider, observer, the player and the played all at once. And maybe for a moment, i connected with the source and understood why reality had to be the way it is. It’s a game of forgetting and remembering.
