Proudly A Ugandan 🇺🇬 Software Engineer by Profession, a VJ by talent, Humanitarian, A believer, &an Activist. The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose

Last week, Katanga Mukasawe became the heart of Ugandan storytelling. We didn’t just screen a film, we celebrated our roots. With games, local performances and a community meal, we proved that cinema is at its best when it brings us together. That same community spirit is coming to you. Join us for the next big screening as we bring the magic of the Nile to Arena Mall this May 30th. #BacktotheSourceTheNile

The screen came alive because of the unmatched energy of VJ Ulio. More than translation, he transformed the film into a powerful Luganda experience full of laughter, emotion, and connection. In Katanga, every scene felt closer to home because the story spoke our language. Now it’s your turn to be part of the experience. Join us at Arena Mall on May 30th for another unforgettable night of film, culture, and community. Don’t miss it! #BacktotheSourceTheNile

Katanga came together for more than just a film screening it became a space for stories, conversations, and reflection The public screening of @TheNileOdyssey brought people together to connect with the history, culture, and significance of the Nile in a powerful way #BacktotheSourceTheNile

Katanga time was epic. But are you ready for 30th. It is gona be fire …… come watch the full doccumentary of the #BackToTheSourceTheNile

The Guangzhou premiere was historic, the National Premiere in Kampala was a milestone but the Katanga screening is the one that sits differently. Community performances, sports with the kids homes, the Mama Africa album launch - songs about Uganda from Katanga, and a live Luganda translation of the documentary by @Vj_Ulio - bringing Back to the Source - The Nile, to the people it was always made for. A film is not successful because of the number of viewers. It is successful when it changes how someone sees themselves and what they believe is possible for their life. If even one child in Katanga walked away that night believing they could make something - we did our job🙏🏾🇺🇬 #BacktotheSourceTheNile
