The WBO has officially ordered a purse bid for Devin Haney to defend his welterweight title against Keyshawn Davis. The bid, scheduled for July 27th, will begin at $200K with 75% going to Haney and 25% for Davis.

At this point, even Shakur fans have admitted it. Its not Haney's size. Its his skillset. Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn are larger than Haney but they were cool with Shakur fighting them because he'd be a heavy favorite. Haney however would be a problem......
