I have seen hundreds of videos of people fighting, pushing, screaming, even getting injured just to touch or kiss the Kaabah. Clothes torn, people wounded, dignity lost… all over a stone building. The Kaabah is sacred, yes. But some people have overrated touching it to the point that it starts looking like we worship the House instead of the Lord of the House. Islam was never meant to be this extreme. Allah never said your Hajj is incomplete because you didn’t kiss the black stone. The Prophet himself avoided harming people just to reach it. Sometimes the obsession of people can distort the beauty of the religion.
