Please stop saying that we need to increase teacher salaries in order “recruit the best and brightest” as if the best and brightest are not currently teaching. We need to increase teacher salaries because those currently teaching deserve and earned it.

It’s funny how education wants us to customize our teaching for each students learning style, but forces its teachers to standardize their teaching to be the exact same as their teammates while standardize testing the kids. #hypocrites #teacherproblems
