Here is a chart to educate yourself on what different heat related illnesses looks like and what to do. Heat exhaustion can quickly turn into heatstroke!

Outdoor athletes, it’s EXTREMELY hot outside across the country. So here’s some tips: Drink more water than you think you need and replace electrolytes and salt. If you don’t feel good, TELL SOMEONE (preferably your AT), don’t push it. You’re not Superman/woman. #HealthyEagles
