The varieties PBNS-221 (Parbhani Sujalam) and PBNS-222 (Parbhani Suphalam) developed AICRP on Safflower, VNMKV have been notified by the Central Variety Release Committee (CVRC), Govt of India, through the Gazette of India dated 31 Dec 2025 for cultivation across the country.

IPS West Zone National Symposium on “Integrating Crop Care for Sustainable Plant Health under a Changing Climatic Scenario” concluded on 17 Dec at VNMKV. Presided over by VC Dr. Indra Mani, the event saw participation of 130 scientists & 190 students.
