Chris Perry wins the 3000m steeplechase in 8:44.55 from Jayme Rossiter 8:46.81 PB, Johannes Motschmann 8:47.61 and Daniel Jarvis 8:48.32

A superb Watford BMC steeplechase which saw nine athletes in contention in the closing laps was won by Chris Perry with a fantastic last lap in 8:44.55 to take almost 10 seconds off his PB as the first five went inside 8:50
