If anyone is teaching Shakespeare, I can highly recommend Shakespeare After All (2004) by Marjorie Garber. The book has a short (= 10-20 pp) chapter on every play of Shakespeare, each one jam-packed with absolutely fascinating little observations. @Team_English1
