Students in our Food Analysis class got some hands-on experience in chromatography! They separated the artificial colors in orange, green, and purple Kool-Aid into their red, blue, and yellow components based on the differences in each dye's polarity 🧪

Our Applied Brewing Science and Engineering class is back in the pilot plant investigating flavor profiles of different strains of yeast! Check out the beer brewing process as students pitched the yeast after filling the fermentation vessels with wort 🍻
